At ScorpUX we take your consent seriously. As a respondent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also ask to erase all of your personal data (if any). You may do so by writing an email to scorp.uxr@gmail.com.
If you withdraw your consent at any time, we will erase your data from our own records within forty-five (45) days. However, ScorpUX reserves the right to extend the time to respond to a request to erase the data by a further three (3) months if the request is complex or ScorpUX has received multiple requests from the same individual. It may also be possible that ScorpUX will require identification or verification in order to process the request. You have the right to inquire about the data you have given to ScorpUX at any time. You may contact us at scorp.uxr@gmail.com for that. You also have the right to obtain from ScorpUX the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.

How we collect and process your data

ScorpUX will store and process the personal data according to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. ScorpUX is responsible for storing and processing the personal data that we receive and collect.
What is my data used for?
Unless otherwise stated, ScorpUX collects and processes the data (including, but not limited to, personal and sensitive data) for the purpose of market-research, user-research, and surveys. For each project, if necessary we will inform you of the specific purpose of the market research and ask for your consent. We promise and ensure never to process, collect, or share data for any other purpose other than that for which it was intended.

What kind of data will we collect?
The type of data we collect depends on the projects. ScorpUX may collect written, visual, video and/or sound data. The subject matter of that data also depends on the project, but may include personal data and/or sensitive data. As a respondent, if you would like to inquire about the data you have given to Loop UX or withdraw your consent, you can do so at any time. Please read the “Your consent” section for details.

The personal data collected may be within the following categories:
Contact information (name, address, email, phone number, etc). IP address(s), Social information (for example habits, relationships, and behavior, etc), Financial information, Health information (in rare cases also genetic or biometric data), Information on race, ethnic origin, religious affiliation, sex life, sexual orientation or political opinions, Employment information.
We process the data digitally and do not process any more personal data than needed for any given project(s). The personal data are stored on servers located in Europe and the US.

How we collect data?
The personal data will be provided by you or be collected from a third party with your consent.
The legal basis for processing – ScorpUX processes the data based on the consent given by you.
Recipients of the personal data:
The following persons will have access to your personal data if it is necessary in order to obtain the purpose for which the data is collected:
1. Employees at ScorpUX working on the current project(s).
2. Freelancers assisting Loop UX on the current project(s).
3. Vendors working with ScorpUX on the current project.
4. The associated customer on the current project from ScorpUX.
5. The cloud solutions we use for storing the data.
We are not responsible for any kind of data violation if occurred by the cloud solutions we use (currently Google Suite, Typeform, Mailchimp, WordPress & Dropbox). Please read the respective privacy policy to learn how they protect customer information and data.
